14-Day Return Period: You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a "change of mind" or incorrect size selection, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Our Responsibility: If an item is defective or we sent the wrong product, Zoakee covers all return or replacement costs.

We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the correct return address.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and free of any pet hair or odors.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
